This system is for automatic weighing of a stack of turned parts and then smooth transfer of this stack into a thin wall enclosure , with very less clearance in between. The application, prima facia appearing as a straight forward one, proved challenging as the stack to be handled was of 4 m length and the clearance between tube ID and OD of stack was just in microns!
