This measurement system is design and manufactured for dimensional measurement of various springs used in Railways. The machine is ergonomically designed keeping in mind manual loading of heavy springs. If need be, it can also be coupled with automatic loading system. Once spring is placed at designated location, the vision software displays the spring height and diameters and sorts them as per colour code generated.
